SunDaily ("we," "our," or "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle information when you use the SunDaily app ("the App").

Information We Collect

SunDaily collects only the minimum information required to provide the app's features:

• Location data: Your approximate location is used to fetch UV index data for your area via Apple WeatherKit. Location is accessed only when you open the app or start a session — never in the background.
• Health data: With your permission, SunDaily reads "Time in Daylight" data from Apple Health, recorded by your Apple Watch. This data never leaves your device.
• Session data: Manually logged sunshine sessions are stored locally on your device using Apple's secure storage.

How We Use Your Information

• Location is used solely to fetch UV index and weather data for your immediate area.
• Health data is used solely to display your outdoor daylight time within the app.
• Session data is used to calculate your streak, progress, and history within the app.

Data Storage & Sharing

Your health and session data is stored locally on your device. SunDaily does not transmit, sell, share, or upload your personal data, health data, or location history to any external servers or third parties.

UV and weather data is fetched from Apple WeatherKit using your approximate location. Apple's privacy policy governs this interaction.

Subscriptions

SunDaily Pro subscriptions are processed entirely through Apple's App Store. We do not collect or store payment information. Subscription status is verified through Apple's StoreKit framework.

No Account Required

SunDaily does not require you to create an account. All app data is stored locally on your device. There is no user account to delete.

Children's Privacy

SunDaily is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by updating the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
