Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using SunDaily, you confirm that you are at least 13 years of age and agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

Use of the App

SunDaily is a personal wellness habit tracker designed to help you build a daily sunshine routine. The App provides UV index data, session tracking, and insights for personal wellness reference only.

• SunDaily is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice.
• UV and wellness data is provided for informational and wellness reference purposes only. Sun exposure data provided by SunDaily is for general wellness reference only and does not constitute medical advice.
• Do not use SunDaily to diagnose, treat, or manage any health condition.
• Always consult a qualified healthcare professional regarding sun exposure and your personal health.
• Weather and UV data is provided by Apple WeatherKit and is subject to availability and accuracy limitations outside our control.

SunDaily Pro Subscription

SunDaily Pro is an auto-renewing subscription offering access to premium features. Subscriptions are billed through your Apple ID account. Pricing and billing terms are presented at the time of purchase within the App.

• Annual plan: $39.99/year with a 7-day free trial
• Monthly plan: $4.99/month
• Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase.
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• You may cancel at any time through your Apple ID subscription settings.
• All purchases are subject to Apple's Media Services Terms and Conditions.
• Apple's standard EULA applies to this app: Apple Standard EULA.

Intellectual Property

All content, design, code, and branding within SunDaily are the property of SunDaily and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer any part of the App.

Disclaimer of Warranties

SunDaily is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that UV data will be accurate at all times. Use of the App is at your own risk.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SunDaily and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, including any reliance on UV or wellness data provided.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
